FAQ
Fertility Treatment & Sperm Donation
Q
At I LOVE BABY, is the program only for those undergoing advanced reproductive treatment with sperm donation?
A
At I LOVE BABY, we believe that pregnancy is, by nature, a natural process. Whenever possible, we hope for our clients to conceive naturally, with the least amount of intervention.
In particular, we prioritize supporting younger clients, such as those in their twenties, as well as those seeking in vitro fertilization (IVF) at specialized clinics.
For clients who wish to begin with initial testing or pursue timed intercourse treatment, please be aware that there may be a waiting period of several weeks to several months before support can begin.
Q
I work full-time. Is it still possible for me to receive treatment at the clinic?
A
We strive to provide support that is as flexible as possible, so that even those who are working can more easily attend treatment. Many of our patients continue their treatment while managing full-time jobs. Time is a very important factor when it comes to pregnancy. We understand you may be busy, but please take courage and move forward.
Q
If I wish to become a single mother by choice, can I still receive support?
A
Yes, we are happy to provide full support without any problem. Many of our clients are not married, so it is completely fine to visit the clinic on your own.
For married clients, we recommend attending together as a couple whenever possible. However, it is also acceptable for the wife to come alone.
Q
Do I need to keep a basal body temperature chart?
A
If possible, please keep a record of your basal body temperature and bring the data with you. It can be helpful in assessing ovulation and supporting the diagnosis.
However, if it is difficult for you to track your BBT, it is not a problem to proceed without it.
Q
Can I apply even if I already have children?
A
Yes, absolutely. There is no problem.
Around 10% of I LOVE BABY’s clients already have children.
Q
I’m concerned about the costs of receiving support from I LOVE BABY. Also, are fertility treatments and tests at the clinic covered by insurance?
A
At I LOVE BABY, we do our best to minimize the financial burden on our clients by offering support in cost-efficient ways. For more details, please feel free to ask through our Free Consultation page.
At the clinic, we also make use of insurance coverage for tests and treatments whenever possible. However, depending on the type of examination or treatment, insurance may not apply. You can confirm the details at any time with the doctor or reception staff.
Please note that procedures such as artificial insemination (IUI) and in vitro fertilization (IVF) are not covered by insurance and will be self-funded.
Q
Is there an age limit?
A
Based on our treatment outcomes and overall considerations, we accept clients under the age of 30. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Please note that ovarian reserve can vary greatly from person to person, so we encourage you to consult with us freely.
Q
I am considering in vitro fertilization (IVF). What will be required?
A
The required documents will be explained during the consultation, but they are all simple and easy to prepare.
What is truly needed, however, is the courage to take the first step toward your dream of having a child, and the perseverance to continue with the treatment.
Supporting those who take this path is exactly what the I LOVE BABY Stork Ashinaga Project is all about.
